Carnation Industries reported zero revenue for Q1 FY26, continuing a trend from the previous quarter. The company posted a small loss of ₹0.09 crore as it executes its turnaround plan.

Carnation Industries reported no revenue for the quarter ended June 2025, marking a complete halt in its core operations as it focuses on a strategic turnaround. The company posted a small loss of ₹0.09 crore, a significant shift from the profit of ₹2.25 crore it generated in the same quarter last year.

This is the second consecutive quarter with zero revenue, following Q4 FY25. The company's profit has been negative for the last four quarters, though the latest loss is smaller than the ₹0.49 crore loss reported in the prior quarter. The stark year-on-year decline underscores the company's transition away from its former manufacturing business.

Key Points

  • The company has discontinued its manufacturing operations and is now focused on trading and executing a 'Turnaround Plan' to manage liabilities.
  • For the full year FY25, the company reported a net profit margin of 60.9% on revenue of ₹2.34 crore, a figure heavily influenced by the single profitable quarter in Q1 FY25.
  • The trailing twelve months (TTM) figures show cumulative losses of ₹0.91 crore on zero revenue.
  • The balance sheet shows a high return on equity of 87.34% and a strong current ratio of 4.08, metrics that reflect the company's shrunken equity base and current asset position as it winds down operations.

The company's immediate future hinges on the success of its liability negotiations and any new income streams from its trading focus, as traditional revenue has completely dried up.
